REFUGEE SPONSORSHIP & RESETTLEMENT

Click to access the research products of a pilot study that explores the needs, challenges and best practices within the Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) program in Canada. This study was conducted by Dr. Juanne Nancarrow Clarke and Taylor Marlow from Wilfrid Laurier University with funding from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC). Interviews were completed in 2018.

MEDICAL ERROR & MEDICALIZATION

Juanne has conducted extensive research and writing within the fields of medical error and medicalization. This includes a book that critically examines well-known cases of medical error in Canada, which is currently in the process of publication.
